Jumping ahead

I find myself lost in a derivative musical world these days.
Electronic music of late has become an echo chamber of samples, sampling , samples.,

Brutally compressed and quantized to the point of autocracy.

Saccharine songs sweeter than the last yet with no nutritional value for my musical soul, additionally lacking respect for the creative giants who made the originals by playing instruments and pushing some buttons alongside

Let me be clear,

I love music more than ever, but I have withdrawn from the main tour after all these years.

I will continue to play only particular events, where I can share music stories and rhythms which dance around in my head.

I will continue to speak publicly and also write down my stories,the first having been part of the wonderful book euphoria.

It is a profound pleasure and honour to be in such a position.
